Is my report really anonymous?
Yes. If you choose the 'Completely Anonymous' option, your identity is not recorded. Browsing data is not tracked, and your report is encrypted. We provide you with a Reference Number and Password to follow up without revealing who you are.
What happens after I submit a report?
Your report is securely transmitted to the Independent Ethics Committee. They will review the details and decide on the appropriate investigation steps. You can check the status of your report at any time using your Reference Number.
Can I attach evidence?
Yes, you can upload documents, photos, or other files to support your report. All attachments are scanned for security and stored confidentially.
Who will see my report?
Only authorized members of the Independent Ethics Committee have access to the reports. Strict access controls are in place to ensure confidentiality.
